Stationary Docks

The straight dock is usually installed with 3’6″ wide sections and is available in 5’2″ wide platforms.  It is ideal for main walkway with multiple slips, for disabled accessibility use or public swimming beaches.  Dock length is up to your discretion.

The interlocking pipe framework of the vertical support post and the horizontal above-water pipe framework makes our dock the most rigid, strongest dock system available.

Easy to install and remove by two people, our docks are is accompanied by an instructional video to assist those who wish to perform the installation themselves.  It can be installed and removed by an individual on a seasonal basis.

A sundeck of various widths (5′, 7′, or 10′ with interval lengths of 8′ and greater) can be added, along with our vertical boat bumpers, which allow the boat’s rub rail to be the only contact point with the dock.

The main walkway is primarily installed with the 3’6″ wide section, it is also available 5’2″ wide.  The L or T portion of the dock is available in 3’6″, 5’2″, 7′ and 10’4″ wide, and in 8′ long intervals.  The interlocking pipe framework makes our docks the strongest, most rigid systems that can be installed and removed by a single individual on a seasonal basis.

Adding our molded plastic bench, (on the shore side of L or T portion of the dock which overhangs the water) makes it an ideal place for multiple individuals to enjoy lake activity.  Another popular item is our 4-step ladder, which allows swimmers to climb out of the water.  An additional option is our vertical boat bumpers, which offer the best boat protection when the boat is tied up to the dock.

Open slip docks are ideal for shorelines where boat lifts do not work.  These circumstances include inadequate ground support (excessive muddy lake bottom), inadequate/shallow lake depth, or excessive water depth.  The issue of inadequate water depth can cause problems related to getting the boat on or off the lift, as the elevation drops during the late summer and early fall. Having the lift in too deep of water may restrict the boat being far enough out of the water, or obtaining side-way stability when the boat is on the lift.

An open slip setup is the most user-friendly way for boaters to enter or leave the mooring location.  The four preset mooring lines for corner tie-up locations ensure that the boat will not contact the dock.  The open slips are available in various sizes to moor any boat types up to 48″ long.  The modular, telescoping pipe framework allows for slip expansion if the boat size and/or width is changes from one year to the next.

Covered boat slips are available in lengths of 24′, 32′, 40′ and 48′.  They are ideal for mooring the boat underneath the cover – out of exposure from the sun and rain.  Additional slip width and boathouse height are optional, as these will depend on particular boat specifications.

Covered boat slips work well for shorelines where boat lifts do not work because of inadequate water depth, soft ground, or in excessive water depth where the lift will not get the boat far enough out of the water.  You might want to check with your local governing agency or state DNR regarding any limitations to covered slips over the water.

Multiple slips are available in both covered and open slips, or a mixture of both.  Open slips can be widened enough to handle two boats on lifts, with one large opening of a slip.  The structural design of the our dock is adequate for any size inland boat, due to the rigidity and user friendly, above-water servicing principal.

The boathouse is the most efficient, best protection for mooring wide-body cruisers because they are designed to fit the boat with limited wasted space.  The design of the boathouse is both clean and aesthetically appealing, with minimal clearance between the canopy steel framework and the boathouse vinyl cover, prevents birds from nesting.

The installation and removal procedure allows for faster install & removal, while at the same time reducing the cost for each slip by sharing the expense between all slip users.  Easy to install and remove by two people, our dock systems are accompanied by an instructional video to assist those who wish to perform the installation themselves.

Our dock system with multiple open slips has the option for multiple boathouse covers that are interlocked to the dock framework for a clean, stable setup.  The covers can be installed at the time of purchasing the dock or any time after in the future.  The limitation for how many covers attached to a single multiple-slip setup are limited to your shoreline area and/or any governing agency that has rules as to how much coverage area is allowed over the water.
