Serv-a-Dock delivers new docks directly to the shoreline  – either with a customized pickup truck or with our work barge.  Our crews consistently deliver quality installation by minimizing the wear and tear to the site, and treating every customer’s installation as if it was their own dock.

Our crews have nearly 50 years of experience, so you can be assured of experienced and quality new dock installation.  All Serv-a-Dock waterfront products and installations are backed by our 30-day money-back, satisfaction guarantee.  If you’re not 100% satisfied, we will refund your purchase in full.  We make this confident offer because we sell only the best products available and offer unmatched installation.

Since 1996, it has been Serv-a-Dock’s priority to give our existing customers exceptional quality in installation and removal services.  Serv-a-Dock communicates with each and every customer multiple times during the year to keep them abreast as to any lake issues that may affect their interest.

Because each dock site differs, it is our practice to have the same installers every year so our crews have the knowledge of each job site and the different characteristics that relate to each job.

When a boat is moored, we ensure there is adequate water depth for the upcoming summer season. We also inspect the hardness of the ground surface to determine whether there is a need to add base plates.

Serv-a-Dock has it’s own specially designed work barge, which allows us to install all the types and sizes of boat lifts we offer.  This includes installation of the ShoreStation lifts (up to 10,000-pound capacity) on any lake within 50 miles of our facilities in Norwood Young America.

Our work barge is powered by an outboard power unit that allows the barge to maneuver into tightly restricted areas.  Having own work barge allows us to offer impeccable installation in a timely fashion.

Serv-a-Dock has been a ShoreStation boat lift dealer for over 35 years.  With our in-house supply of lift parts and our extensive knowledge of ShoreStation’s various lift models, Serv-a-Dock can fulfill your ShoreStation lift repair on site in a reasonable time frame with-in 50 miles of our facility.  The exception is during peak spring dock installation season.

If you need a part (such as a replacement cable) to do your own repair, call us with the item part number or the model number of the lift and the specific cable issue.  We most likely have it in stock – if not, we can have it within a day of your request.

Serv-a-Dock has it’s own specially designed work barge, which allows us to install all the various floating products from the lakeside.  Regarding the drive on the PWC floating lift, we offer specifically designed mounting hardware to tie the stand alone drive on floating PWC lift to the steel framework.

The Otter Island swim rafts are setup with connecting lines from the anchor itself.  These are left in a year-round, requiring only re-connection of the lines underneath to the connecting points of the swim raft.  This allows for consistent installation.  The Wave Armor floating dock is designed to be left in year-round, with only the spud poles pulled, to reduce possible ice damage to the floating dock.
